*Support Groups*

Support groups have many benefits,  one of them being that it is nice to know that with whatever you are going through you are not alone. There are many other people who going through the same type of feelings, procedures, and decisons. Joining a support group can help make connections with those people who are going through those same things, which can make people feel less isolated and more able to understand and cope with everything that is occuring around them. It is amazing how significant and powerful it is to not only have the support of family and friends but to also have the support of others who are also going through it.
